The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a temporary federal program to help eligible families pay for internet service during the pandemic. Households with a child who was approved to receive free or reduced price meals under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) or the School Breakfast Program (SBP) during the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, or 2021-2022 school year are eligible for the ACP Program.
To date, more than 6 million eligible households have enrolled, and approximately $2.5 billion of the $3.1 billion appropriated for the program remain available.
