SJS Open House & Parishioner Day: A Wonderful Day of Community and Connection
January 26, 2026
St. Joseph School’s Open House on Sunday, January 25 was a great success! We were excited to welcome over 40 prospective families to our campus to learn more about the SJS community.

Throughout the day, Campus Ministry hosted more than 30 tours, guiding families through our school campus and classrooms while sharing the values and mission of St. Joseph School. Our teachers were stationed in the gym, where they presented a wonderful array of classroom displays and provided information about their academic programs.

We were also grateful to our current SJS parents, who took time to speak with prospective families and share their personal experiences and insights about life at SJS.
A special highlight of the day was receiving a generous check from the Filipino Club of St. Joseph Church in support of the mission of our school. We are deeply thankful for their continued generosity.

Thank you to our Parent Teacher Guild for supporting the event with hot dogs, sandwiches, and chips, and to our St. Joseph Church community for providing refreshing drinks along with chili and rice. Your hospitality helped create a welcoming and joyful atmosphere.

We are grateful for the support of the SJS Alumni Association, and we extend a special thank-you to Shirley Khan, SJS alumna and strong supporter, for representing the Cardinal Legacy Foundation. We also thank School Board Member Mr. Jaime Rojas for joining us and supporting our school community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this Open House such a meaningful and successful event. The day truly reflected the strong sense of faith, community, and pride that defines St. Joseph School.
Go Cardinals!
