Jaselle (11) Awarded 2nd Place in AEF Scholars Program
We are thrilled to announce that Jaselle-Kamaka Mauhili, a member of the Class of 2026 at St. Joseph School, has been awarded 2nd place in the prestigious Augustine Educational Foundation (AEF) Scholars Program. This honor recognizes upcoming seniors who exhibit exceptional leadership qualities and community service, embodying the values of our Catholic school.
The AEF Scholars Program encourages nominees to demonstrate leadership both in and outside of the classroom, with contributions to their school, parish, and community. Jaselle’s involvement in her parish, school, extracurricular activities, and commitment to serving others, particularly through campus ministry, made her an outstanding candidate for this award.
In addition to her impressive leadership, Jaselle’s heartfelt essay and one-minute video reflected their dedication to the core values of our Catholic faith, and her desire to make a meaningful impact on the community. We are incredibly proud of her achievements and excited to see how she will continue to grow as a leader.
Congratulations, Jaselle, on this well-deserved recognition! You inspire us all with your commitment to service and leadership.
