BIIF Canoe Paddling is halfway through the season and it was another beautiful weekend on the water!

Above, our JV Girls (Hilinaʻi Faumuina, Jaselle Kamaka-Mauhili, Goretti Allen, Olga Arianoff, Pueo Franz, and Michaela Costales), in a canoe named Ahukiʻi, race to the finish line ahead of other crews advancing them to the final heat in their division. Our JV Mixed crew also advanced to the finals this week. Both crews ended up 6th overall for the day. The Varsity crew got three seconds faster. They have improved their race times by, a total of, 39 seconds in just three weeks of racing.
