SJS Celebrating Catholic Schools Week and Homecoming Week Jan. 30-Feb 4, 2017


The events are part of the nationwide celebration of Catholic education during the week of January 29 through February 4. Each day of the school week students will be celebrating with a different activity and the public are invited to the following celebrations:
Monday: January 30, 2017
8:00 A.M. Homecoming Proclamation & Court Presentation at the Walter Victor Gymnasium
9:30 A.M. Catholic Schools Week Mass Celebration
10:30 A.M. Motorcade Procession of Our Lady of Fatima US Centennial Tour for Peace. (Kapiolani St. area of campus) All students to stand on Kapiolani St. and recite the Hail Mary as Our Lady of Fatima Motorcade drives by on its way to St. Joseph Church where She will remain for the day.
Friday: February 3, 2017
5:30-8:00 P.M. Cardinal Café (SJS Cafeteria) Dinner /Ice cream
Presentation of the Homecoming Court
7:30 P.M. Lighting of the Letters “SJS” Elementary yard on Kino’ole St. area of Elementary School.
Saturday: February 4, 2017 HOMECOMING
6:00 P.M. SJS vs. Kamehameha at Ah-Fook Chinen Civic Auditorium

Homecoming Court Presentation
Varsity Homecoming Game
Half-time Cheerleader Presentation
After Game – Alma Mater, Senior Athlete Recognition (Senior Night)
